Q. How can I check my YuYu Point balance or the history of usage?

• To check on the Japan Post Official App (JPN ver only)
  Log in to your Japan Post Official App, then tap on the account at the bottom to display how many points you have. If you want to check the details or the records of your points, you can check the record of the points displayed on the YuYu Point screen (bottom of the screen > account > tap the YuYu Point icon).
  
   
• To check on the YuYu Point website
  Log in to the YuYu Point website and the balance of the points you earned is displayed at the top of the screen.
  If you want to check the details or the records of your points, you can do so on the “Point transaction details” on My Page (YuYu Point website > My Page of upper menu).
