The home address registered to your Yu ID is reflected in your Digital Address (JPN ver only).
By changing the home address registered to your Yu ID, the changed home address will be promptly reflected in the same Digital Address as before.

Digital Address for Japan Post Official App (JPN ver only)
Tap [Edit address on Yu ID] under “Manage Digital Address (App Home screen > Account tab > Digital Address)” on the Japan Post Official App to change the home address registered with Yu ID. -
Digital Address for Web (JPN ver only)
Tap [Edit address on Yu ID] under “Manage Digital Address” on Digital Address for Web to change the home address registered with Yu ID.
