You can make changes from Your profile after logging in to your Yu ID.

<For smartphone>
After logging in, select Top page > Hamburger icon (mark with three lines) at the upper right hand corner of the screen > Your profile
<For PC>
After logging in, select Top page > Your profile

Basic information (name, phonetic reading of name in katakana, date of birth, gender, address, landline phone number)
Press the “Edit” button to change the registered information.
* When you change your name or address, and if you are a user of e-Reception Choice (delivery service to a convenience store/hakopost/designated location), the service will be canceled.
To use the service again, please sign up to e-Reception Choice again from the E-Receive-assist (JPN ver only) setup page after logging in to your Yu ID.(E-Receive-assist setup)
