If you receive an email titled “[Yu ID] Temporary Registration Failure,” it means that the email address you entered falls under one of the following situations:
- It is already registered as a Yu ID (login email address)
- It is already registered as the notification destination address for another Yu ID
First, please try logging in with the Yu ID (email address) that you have previously attempted to register.
