We recommend you to promptly update any changes to the information registered to your Yu ID. If you do not change your information, it may cause trouble when using the services that are provided referencing the registered address information.
Please make changes from Your profile after logging in to your Yu ID.

After logging in, select Top page > Hamburger icon (mark with three lines) at the upper right hand corner of the screen > Your profile

After logging in, select Top page > Your profile
* When you change your name or address, and if you are a user of e-Reception Choice (delivery service to a convenience store/hakopost/designated location), the service will be canceled.
To use the service again, please sign up to e-Reception Choice again from the E-Receive-assist (JPN ver only) setup page after logging in to your Yu ID.
