Please register a different email address, because the Yu ID cannot send various emails (such as the password reset emails and important notifications) to the email address in this format.
(Examples of email address formats that cannot be used for Yu ID)
- An email address that starts with a dot “.”
.yuid-yubin@pf.japanpost.jp - A dot “.” is used before the at sign “@”
yuid-yubin.@pf.japanpost.jp - A sequence of dots “.” is used before the at sign “@”

The password reset email cannot be sent to your registered log in email address. If you forget your password, use a different email address and register for a Yu ID as a new user.
