This function is available to customers who have used e-Tenkyo. When the address information of your Yu ID is updated to the new address entered in e-Tenkyo through linking information from e-Tenkyo to Yu ID, you can request to change the address information registered with companies (services).
As of May 2026, it is possible to submit a change request for the My Page of Japan Post Insurance (Kampo Life Insurance). The number of companies for which change requests can be submitted will be expanded sequentially.
Note that when using this function, certain procedures, such as linking the company (service) with your Yu ID, may be required
