This feature is available to customers who have used e-Tenkyo. When your Yu ID address is updated to your new address via information linked from e-Tenkyo, you can submit a change of address request to registered companies (services).
As of May 2026, requests can be submitted to the My Page of Japan Post Insurance (Kampo Life Insurance). The number of companies accepting change requests will be expanded gradually.
Please note that certain procedures may be required before using this feature, such as linking your Yu ID to the company (service).
