If you wish to delete your Yu-ID, please kindly complete the cancellation procedure yourself by following the steps below.
You can cancel your membership from this link.
After logging in, go to: Top page > three-line menu icon at the top right > Login information > Cancel membership
Please note that if you cancel your Yu-ID, any services linked to your Yu-ID may be disconnected and you may no longer be able to log in to those services.
