Q. How do I set the two-factor authentication?

There are two types of two-factor authentication setup methods: “Authentication app” and “SMS/email.”

[How to access the setup page]  

After logging in, go to Top page > “Login information” > “Setting of two-factor authentication”

[When setting up with an authentication app]  

1.  Select “Set up with two-factor authentication app” on the setup page.  
2.  Scan the QR code (or enter the setup key) displayed on the screen using an authentication app such as “Google Authenticator.”  
3.  Enter the 6-digit authentication code displayed in the authentication app into the setup screen.  
   Supported apps include: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.

[When setting up with SMS/email]  

1.  Select “Set up with SMS/email” on the setup page.  
2.  Register your mobile phone number or email address.  
3.  A 6-digit authentication code will be sent to the registered destination. Enter this code into the setup screen.

[Important] About recovery codes

The recovery codes displayed after setup is complete are required to access your account in case you are unable to obtain an authentication code.  
Please keep them in a safe place.
