The points you have earned may take some time to be reflected.
Please check the following for the standard period until the points are reflected.
| Visit Points | Within a few minutes after the completion screen is displayed |
| Points earned by using the post office counter | At the earliest, within three business days from the transaction date |
| Campaign Points | The period varies depending on the campaign. Please check the campaign details website for more information. |
| Points earned from the Japanpost online shop (JPN ver only) | The points will be granted on the next business day after you receive your ordered items. |
If the points are not reflected even after the standard period has passed, please check the following:
- Please make sure that your network connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is stable.
- Please refresh (reload) the YuYu Point website page.
- Please close the Japan Post Official App (JPN ver only) once and restart it.
- If the Japan Post Official App (JPN ver only) is not the latest version, please update it.
