“Yu ID information confirmation of the person making the request” and “Identity verification of the person making the request” is required to enter the change-of-address information.
If the “Unconfirmed” button is displayed in the “Yu ID information confirmation of the person making the request” or the “Identity verification of the person making the request” field of the “List of request procedure” screen, then the procedure is incomplete. Please check them respectively, and enter the change-of-address information.
