If you want to change the consent you have given to the delivery of change-of-address notice, press “For the delivery of notice of change from us” at the bottom of the e-Tenkyo top page, and request the change from “To change the consent for the delivery of notice” at the bottom of the “About the delivery of change-of-address notices, etc.” screen.

At that time, the reception number of the change-of-address form will be required. Please check the reception number of the change-of-address form on the reception completion message to make a request.

* It may take several days for the changes to be reflected. Please note that we will not be notifying you of the completion of the change.
