1.When searching by the reception number of the change-of-address form (available for both e-Tenkyo and paper forms)You can check the “Date of reception,” “Date of registration,” and “Requested date to start forwarding.”
- You can check the information for up to one year from the date of request.

When logging in with the Yu ID used to apply for e-Tenkyo (available for e-Tenkyo only)
You can check various information entered at the time of application, such as “Person making the request,” “Old and new addresses,” and “Resident information.”- You can check the information for up to 30 days from the date of request.
- If you wish to check information after 30 days, please consult the post office in charge of delivery to your new or old address, bringing along your identity verification document and the reception number of the change-of-address form.
