Even if you forget your Yu ID (login email address), you can check the reception status of e-Tenkyo (date of reception, date of registration, requested date to start forwarding) (*2) with the reception number of the change-of-address form (*1).
*1 The reception number of the change-of-address form is sent to the Yu ID used to request the e-Tenkyo (login email address) and the email address registered on the change-of-address form information entry screen (registered optionally), when the e-Tenkyo request is successfully accepted.
*2 You can only check the information that is within one year from the time the request was made.
(How to check)
From the e-Tenkyo top page, access the “Reception status confirmation” screen, enter the reception number of the change-of-address form, and search.
Note that you can check various information (person making the e-Tenkyo request, old and new addresses, resident information, etc.) (*3) by using the Yu ID that was used to log in to make the request.
