You can request the change-of-address, in the same manner as the noncommercial customers from the Japan Post Official App (JPN ver only) or the Web browser.
However, there are some points. Please check the following items and make a request.
(1) To prepare Yu ID (Yu ID that belongs to the person requesting the e-Tenkyo)
An identity-verified Yu ID is required to request the e-Tenkyo (the identity verification can be performed when requesting the e-Tenkyo)
The identity verification of the Yu ID is not available to the corporate customers. It is the verification of an individual, so the personal Yu ID of the person requesting the e-Tenkyo shall be used.
(2) To enter business name
Enter the corporate name of the company changing the address to “Business name” under “New address information.”
Note that if you are changing your business name along with the address, enter the original business name to “Old business name” under “Old address information” and new business name to “Business name” under “New address information.”
(3) To enter “Resident information”
To change the address of a corporate customer, the entry of the resident is not required on the “Resident information” screen. Press [Delete] in the upper right-hand corner next to the resident name, and proceed with the registration without entering.
