Log in with the Yu ID that you used to request e-Tenkyo, and confirm the corresponding reception number from the list of requests.
Please note that information cannot be viewed online after 30 days have passed since the notification was submitted.
If you would like to check the information you have entered, please bring your identification documents and change of address notification number to the post office of your new or old address.
