You might be logged in to a Yu ID different from the one that was used when the data was temporarily saved using e-Tenkyo. Log out, then log in to the Yu ID that was used when the data was temporarily stored.

Account > Yu ID registered information > Logout (at the bottom) - For browsers (smartphone, PC)
On the e-Tenkyo top screen, open “Change of address notification reception status,” then press [Logout] at the bottom of the “Confirmation of reception status” screen.
Note that the temporarily saved data will be saved for up to 30 days.
The temporarily saved data older than that will be deleted. Please request again.
