To be able to check the status of requests on the list of requests, you must log in using the Yu ID that you used to perform the e-Tenkyo procedure. You can only check the information that is within 30 days from the time the e-Tenkyo was requested.
<Main reason it is not included in the list of requests>
- The e-Tenkyo procedure is not completed
- You are logged in to the Yu ID different from the one used for the procedure (email address)
- It has been over 30 days from the date the e-Tenkyo was requested
- The e-Tenkyo is not used (submitted the change-of-address form over the counter or sent by post)
Note that if you have the reception number of the change-of-address form, you can check the reception status (date of reception, date of registration, requested date to start forwarding) if it was within one year of making the request.
