Q. How do I set up the passkey?

• For Yu ID
  Press the upper right menu (mark with three lines) > Login information > Change and set login method> Set up a passkey button, and set up a passkey.
   
• For Japan Post Official App (JPN ver only)
  On the Japan Post Official App, press the lower right “Account” > Yu ID registered information > Change and set login method > Set up a passkey.

Note that you are required to register to the Yu ID to set up the passkey.
