Q. How do I remove the passkey that I have set up?

• For Yu ID
  You can remove a passkey by selecting the upper right menu (mark with three lines) > Login information > Manage login method > Change and set login method, and pressing the “Disable” button under “Login with passkey.”

   

• For Japan Post Official App (JPN ver only)
  You can remove a passkey by selecting the lower right Account > Yu ID registered information > Change and set login method, and pressing the “Disable” button under “Login with passkey.”

* The “Disable” button will no longer be displayed after you disable a passkey.
