The problem may be solved by trying one of the following methods.
- Try to log in 2 times on the same screen
(The two-factor authentication screen will be displayed and you might be able to log in with two-factor authentication) - Clear the cache (browsing history) from the browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) you used to log in to the Yu ID, and try to log in again
- Switch to a different browser and try to log in
- Wait for some time, then reboot your terminal and try to log in again
- If you are using a VPN connection, try to log in with the VPN setting disabled
