Note that if you have received “[Yu ID] Initial registration has failed” during registration process,
then the email address you entered may already be associated with a Yu ID. It is likely that the registered information for your date of birth is wrong.
Specifically, there may be cases such as the ones given below.
- Registered the information of your family member
- (In case of corporate customers) Registered the foundation date or the date of birth of company representative
- Registered wrong date of birth due to typo
