If you have forgotten your login email address, you can reset the password to check if your email address is registered with a Yu ID.
Enter an email address you might have used and your date of birth on the password reset screen, and press the [Send] button.
If the entered email address is registered with a Yu ID, and if the date of birth matches, the following figure will be displayed, and the password reset email will be sent to that email address.

[If you have tried to reset your password but still does not receive the email]
If your email address is not registered with Yu ID, or if the date of birth does not match, an error message “Incorrect entry or no Yu ID registration exists.” will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, and no email will be sent.
If you have no other email address you might have used, then register for a Yu ID as a new user from the link below.
