We recommend you to promptly update any changes to the address information registered to your Yu ID after moving, because some services (e-Delivery Notification and re-delivery requests) are provided referencing the information.
(This does not affect the status of request in the e-Tenkyo service.) * When you change your name or address, and if you are a user of e-Reception Choice (delivery service to a convenience store/hakopost/designated location), the service will be canceled.
To use the service again, please sign up to e-Reception Choice again from the E-Receive-assist (JPN ver only) setup page (Top page of Yu ID E-Receive-assist) after logging in to your Yu ID.
