No, you cannot cancel the forwarding service from e-Tenkyo.

If you want to cancel forwarding, perform the procedure in accordance with the preferred state.

E.g.) Old address (source) → Address A, new address (destination) → Address B

1. If you want to cancel forwarding from the address A → address B, and wish to receive the postal items delivered to the address A at the address A, and the postal items delivered to the address B at the address B
   Please consult your nearest post office counter.
   
   
2. If you want to cancel forwarding from the address A → address B, and wish to also receive the postal items delivered to the address B at the address A
   Please re-submit the change-of-address form stating the address B as the old address and the address A as the new address. This will allow us to deliver the postal items that was delivered to both addresses A and B to the address A.
