Q. I received an email notifying the completion of the e-Tenkyo request. I checked the details of my request, but it does not show the “Date of reception.”

The message “[e-Tenkyo] Change of address form: Request accepted” notifies that your change-of-address form was submitted to our system, and this message is sent automatically to the registered email address.

Note that the “Date of reception” is the date your request was confirmed by the nearby post offices of the new and old addresses that conduct the forwarding operation of the postal items. Please understand that it may take a few days for the “Date of reception” to be displayed after the message “Request accepted” is sent.
