The e-Tenkyo request can be made by people other than the one who is actually moving. You can make a request for your family, for instance.
In such case, use the Yu ID of the person performing the e-Tenkyo procedure to make the request, and enter the information of the person actually changing the address on the “Resident information” entry screen.
