It is the number (10-digit alphanumeric code) allocated to the change-of-address form. This is used to confirm the status of reception for e-Tenkyo and the change-of-address form in paper.

The reception number of the change-of-address form can be found on:
- For e-Tenkyo
- The reception completion screen of e-Tenkyo
- The main body of the “Notification of completion for change-of-address form reception”
It is sent to the Yu ID used to request the e-Tenkyo (login email address) and the email address registered on the change-of-address form information entry screen (registered optionally), when the e-Tenkyo request is successfully accepted.
