Up to six people may request the change of address at the same time in one procedure, if they are moving to the same address.
To add someone other than the one who is moving, add the resident from [+ Add resident] on the “Resident information” screen.
Note that the e-Tenkyo procedure can be requested by someone other than the one who is moving. The identity verification of the person making the request will be performed as part of the procedure, but this person does not have to be the head of the household.
Note that if the request for e-Tenkyo is already made for the person who is moving, then you need to request e-Tenkyo for other people anew.
