Logging in with a mobile number is a login method limited to those who registered for Yu ID without registering an email address (mobile number members only).
If you have already registered an email address, the authentication code (SMS) will not be sent. Please select the "Email address" tab on the login screen and log in with your email address.
If you are a mobile number member and have not received the authentication code (SMS), the following causes are possible.
- Mobile number you entered for your initial registration was wrong
You might have entered a wrong mobile number. Please check and log in again. - If you have set up “security settings,” etc.
Depending on your “security settings” or “forwarding settings,” emails may be sorted into the spam folder or may not be received at all. - If the SMS is blocked
It may be due to the SMS block setting. - If the communication environment is poor
Have the authentication code sent again after checking your communication environment.
* You can have it sent again after improving the communication state by turning the “Airplane mode” on once and then turning it off, or by rebooting the terminal. - If the storage capacity is insufficient
You cannot receive SMS when the storage capacity of your mobile phone is insufficient.
Have the authentication code sent again after deleting unnecessary data.
