When you received an email about identity verification failure, please check below for the countermeasures. Note that the countermeasures are different depending on the identity verification method you performed.

Because the name or address registered to your Yu ID and the name or address scanned from the electronic certificate of your Individual Number Card are different, the identity verification may have failed.
Follow the guidance on the application screen to change the information registered to your Yu ID. After checking and changing the name or address registered on the Yu ID customer page, please perform the identity verification again.

| Identity verification document with photo | We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but please perform the identity verification by scanning the Individual Number Card, or by performing the identity verification using another identity verification document with a photo, or request the change of address at the counter of the nearest post office. |
