If you do not have an Individual Number Card, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, but please complete the change of address procedure at the post office counter.
[About applying at the counter]
- When applying at the counter, identity verification will be conducted for the applicant and at least one of the residents who are moving.
- Please bring identity verification documents such as a driver’s license or health insurance card to your nearest post office counter.
- If the applicant and the resident are different people, a copy of the resident’s identification document is also acceptable.
For Hakoposu
Please complete the identity verification procedure using Restricted Delivery Mail.
