If you applied for e-Tenkyo, you can update the status by tapping the reload mark next to the status (Being verified) for “Identity verification procedure of the person making the request” in the “List of request procedure.” If the verification is complete, the status will change to “Verified.”
Additionally, if you applied for receiving items from the Missed Delivery Notice via “Parcel Locker (Hakoposu),” and the verification is complete, you will be able to use the Hakoposu service after refreshing the screen.
