If the resident is the person making the e-Tenkyo request, then that person can select to link or update information such as the new address entered to the e-Tenkyo from the [Proceed to check Yu ID update] button displayed on the e-Tenkyo request completion screen.
Note that if you choose not to link or update the change of address information to Yu ID from the e-Tenkyo request completion screen, then the “Update to the information requested in e-Tenkyo?” notification will be displayed at the top of the top page after logging in to the Yu ID, within about 16 days.
With this notification displayed, you can reflect the new address information to the address information of the Yu ID, by displaying the Yu ID address update screen from [Details].
(Note) · When you link the change of address information with your Yu ID and update the registered address, and if you are a user of e-Reception Choice (delivery service to convenience stores/hakopost/designated locations), the service will be canceled. To use the service again, please sign up to e-Reception Choice again.
